The 9th International Congress on Environmental Geotechnics

I attended and presented at the 9th International Congress on Environmental Geotechnics in Chania, Greece, from June 25 to 28. It was the first time for me to attend an international conference on environmental geotechnics, but I learned a lot from the many interesting presentations on not only bentonite research, but also related issues such as chemical transportation and heat transfer.
