2023 Paper Award (English Division), Japnese Geotechnical Engineering Society

We won the 2023 Paper Award from the Japanese Geotechnical Engineering Society for "Water and soil particle movements in unsaturated bentonite with constrained and free swelling boundaries, Soils and Foundations Vol.63, No.4 (2023)”. It is a precious memory for me having long online discussions on differential equations with the first author, Dr. Wang, several times.

However, I could not attend the award ceremony, which I was supposed to attend online, because I was in bed due to a sudden fever, and it was a great pity.

Anyway, congratulations to all the award winners!
