Frontier Research Workshop on Bentonite @ Waseda University

On April 17, I participated in the Frontier Research Workshop on Bentonite at Waseda University. There were various presentations on the use of bentonite in waste disposal, and I presented and discussed the coupled hydraulic-mechano-chemical model of bentonite that we have been working on. I had a good time and gained some new insights from different perspectives.
